What the information on Solweh does and does not tell you — please read this before relying on a listing.

1. General information only
Everything published on Solweh is for general information. It is not advice, not an offer, and not a substitute for your own inspection, survey and independent professional advice.
2. Listing details and measurements
Property details come from owners, developers and co-operating agents. Areas, plot sizes, room counts, ages and boundaries are approximate and are given as a guide. Measurements may be taken from plans rather than on site.
Fixtures, fittings, appliances and furniture shown or described are not warranted to be included, or to be in working order. Please verify everything that matters to you before you commit.
3. Images, plans and visualisations
Photographs, floor plans, site plans, renders and computer-generated images are illustrative. Renders of unbuilt developments show the developer's intention, not a finished building, and specifications, finishes, landscaping and views can change.
Furniture shown in photographs is usually for staging and is not normally included.
4. Prices, fees and availability
Prices are asking prices and can change or be withdrawn without notice. A property may already be reserved, sold or let when you enquire.
Unless a listing says otherwise, prices exclude transfer fees, specific business tax, stamp duty, withholding tax, legal fees, sinking fund and common-area maintenance charges. Any currency other than Thai baht is an indicative conversion only.
Rental yield, occupancy and return figures, where shown, are estimates based on information from the owner or operator. They are not a forecast and not a guarantee.
5. Not legal, tax or financial advice
Buying property in Thailand involves rules that depend on your circumstances — foreign ownership quotas in condominium buildings, leasehold structures, company structures, financing, inheritance, visas and tax residence among them.
We are a property agency, not lawyers, accountants or financial advisers. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, immigration or investment advice. Always take independent advice from a qualified professional in Thailand, and in your own country, before you sign or pay anything.
6. Third-party content and links
Guides, area profiles, market commentary and links to other websites are published in good faith. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their services.
7. Questions
If anything on the site is unclear or looks wrong, please tell us at [email protected] — we will check it. You can also use our contact form. Our Terms of Use explain the rest of the relationship between you and us.
