- You want the deepest resale market, so selling later is easier.
Choose Koh Samui if…
- You want true island living — slower, greener, more private.
- You're looking for better value per square metre, especially for sea views.
- You plan to run a villa resort; Samui's high-season rates are among Thailand's best.
Both islands offer strong rental demand and warm communities. Spend a week on each, talk to locals, and the choice usually makes itself. We're happy to arrange visits to both.
